Honestly? No one ever got back to me at all. I ended up doing all my own leg work and hiring someone on my own. Would never recommend. Exceptionally poor service. You can ask me for a rating? And my stars are actually zero not one..wouldn't allow me to do that option

The bin was as described, delivered and picked up on time. However, the 'Operational Admin Charge' of $22.37 (plus HST) that was listed on the bill was never mentioned in the quote. I don't even know what it is. I shouldn't be getting surprises on my bill after the service is complete and my credit card charged.

Bin There Dumped That was a great service. They told me when it would be brought to my house and when it would be picked up. I also got money back as it was lighter than I thought it was and not many will give you back money. I plan to use then later this summer and am so glad how everything went.

The bin was the best thing we could have had during our recent renovations. It was delivered when we needed it and taken away quickly when it was full. The delivery/pick up person was friendly and accommodating and the cost was very reasonable. We would recommend it to anyone with a lot of trash to get rid of.
