We are still waiting for a call back from the owner in Midland or Orillia as requested twice over the phone and via email. The lack of communication for this rental sent us into an absolute tailspin in an already stressful move. Pleasant customer service initially from Linda when we were booking and then all the wheels fell off. Broken promises, ignored calls and emails when I was in complete distress waiting hours for the delivery, no communication at all even when they were open, no one picked up the phone, I had to call and beg to have the dumpster picked up the night before new owners were coming. It did not leave the property until 10:00 pm. We require more dumpsters for our new build site at new property and will definitely not use Big Yellow Bins ever again. I’d rather pay more money than deal with them. A simple phone call back to assure us would have been all it took. We’ve asked 3 times for the owner to call us back, and nothing. But they had no problem sending off the invoice in a timely fashion. Your customers are your biggest investment, you should take care of them. I’ll tell everyone and anyone I know how lousy your service was. Big Yellow Dissappointment.
