I really wanted to give five stars, but here is my reason for four... good customer service on the phone and with the drivers picking up and dropping off. It was convenient to get the bin and to arrange for pick up. HOWEVER we have not been given a total amount for what we were charged. I was under the impression after the bin was removed and the contents were disposed of we would get an update of what the final amount was. I still don’t know. If had gotten this info I would have given 5 stars 100%

This was the easiest thing ever. I called and asked for a bin to be delivered on a Saturday morning. It was there by 9 am. When I had finished with it on a subsequent Sunday I called and left a message for it to be picked up. On Monday morning I received a phone call to let me know that the bin had been picked up. Could not have been for convenient.

Quick to deliver the bin. Gentleman shovelled the snow out and put de-icer down before leaving. Pick up was within a few hours of calling. Better prices than a few others we have tried for same service. Will use again for sure

The dumpster was delivered an hour earlier than expected but we did book it on very short notice so I am grateful that you got there. The actual drop off and pick up were perfectly done. When the weather cools down I will be calling for another one.
