Right from the moment I was in contact with the company I have has excellent service. They were very helpful. Delivery person was great. Has a great personality and didn't mind waiting the few minutes to figure out where the trailer was going to go. There was no pressure afterwards for payment right away. If I needed to rent again in the area I would definitely contact these guys again :)

Great Service. Needed at an operating Gas plant and DRD met all the site safety requirements with no issues and is consistently on top of the weekly maintenance as the job is progressing.

They were great at the beginning with their communication with the quote but when it came to the delivery day - we could not get ahold of them. Tried for two days. In the end we did not end up renting from them and still have not heard back.

My husband and I hired Straight Flush Rentals for our wedding. We had one men's, one lady's, and one handicap portable toilet, as well as a hand-washing station. We chose Straight Flush Rentals after comparing price and the services/goods provided, and they were not only the most reasonably priced, but they checked off everything from our list! The rentals themselves in excellent condition, and were honestly a hit, some people were actually commenting on how cute they were! Having an actual hand washing station was also a great plus. Our wedding took place during Stampede, and we knew they would be super busy, but they were able to accommodate us no questions asked. They even delivered them one day earlier which was one less thing to stress about in the days leading up to the wedding. I highly recommend Straight Flush Rentals for anyone's outdoor wedding/event needs!

Clear communication, and amazing pricing! We rented porta potties and they didn't smell and were extremely clean. Will definitely rent through this company for all future events!

I highly reccomend this company..i must have called 6 places..half didn't reply..others said sure..send your email..and left me hanging:( finally in desperation as we needed ( just 1) the next day now..i called here..their truck was already loaded for the day and the woman that answered literally yelled out the door or window for another to be added.they had it at my house within a couple hours!! I originally thought I wouldn't need it cleaned much but when I realized it should be...i missed the rounds that day..they still came and did it.i can't tell you how much I appreciate everything they did to make this happen..cheers to you guys..customer service is everything!

We used Straight Flush Rentals for our wedding reception and have nothing but good things to say! I communicated primarily with their sales associate, Tara, over email. Tara covered all bases and beyond payment and giving them the time and date, they took care of the rest! The pick-up/drop-off team was efficient and worked around other vendors with no issues. I would definitely use Straight Flush again in the future!
