The dumpster delivery and pickup was fine but I was surprised with the weight amount that was charged. It snowed quite heavily during the time that we had the dumpster and I ended up being charged for a lot of heavy wet snow. I had called earlier about this situation and was told that due to the early season snow they would accommodate us for it but obviously didn’t. We ended up paying more than double what our neighbors paid using a competitor.

Office forgot to call me back to arrange details of booking so I had to follow up. Day bin was to be delivered, was told truck had flat tire and bin would be delivered once fixed. Bin did not arrive until 4:15pm. Called for bin pick-up for following day. Requested text confirmation pick-up would occur. No text received by noon following day so followed up. First was told I didn't leave a message, then told office had not checked voicemils from previous day. Then told this was only a side business and this person had a real job and one driver was sick. I said these were not my problem and I was paying for a service. After numerous exchanges, managed to get bin picked up. Would not use again and would not recommend . Wanted to support local business but next time will use a company that actually considers itself more than a side business, and treats its customers accordingly.

I had tried to rent a bin from another provider, but it ended up being a big run around and did not receive a bin in the end. Melanie answered with a couple of hours after I completed the online form. Bin was delivered on time and picked up on time. All my questions were answered quickly and in a friendly manner.
