the prompt service of delivery of the dumpster was nice but for the project that I informed the contact about and the suggestion of the size of dumpster that he gave according was not accurate. it was to small and we had to get it emptied between which is going to cost us quite a bit more than we budgeted for and we still will have to get rid of some garbage otherwise.

We were cleaning out my in laws house and we needed a few bins. Otis was very accommodating with us. We filled a bin and when we needed another one they tried getting us one as soon as they could. Great company. Thanks so much for everything

I am very happy to have this opportunity to commend you on the excellence of our experience. The dumpster was clean and newly painted, the drop off was a bit delayed due to a mechanical problem with the truck, but the communication was excellent and the delay did not cause a problem as we knew about it, and were able to work around the delay Mostly though, it was the top notch quality of your team that made this a "wow" experience. Otis was responsive, friendly, informative and went over the top in service. I can't remember the name of the driver that picked up the container (Jeff?) and dumped it into the big collector truck, but once again was polite, respectful and totally service driven. By the way, he was also a magician at driving that large vehicle as he manovered into a pretty tight spot. All in all we think the company should be very proud of these professionals! We will be calling again in a few weeks as we move my wife's elderly father out of the house. Cheers, Doug von Dersch

Website was clear. A quick call to friendly rep who patiently explained the fees. Company was able to deliver it sooner than originally booked as the estate cleaning went quickly. Was also able to have it emptied & brought back without a delay. Fees exactly as quoted- no surprises. Definitely made an unpleasant chore less stressful.

We had the company come in and clean out an estate home with lots of stuff that wasn't worth salvaging and a garage literally full. They came in and took a load off of our minds by loading it and taking it all away. They were professional and worked continuously for 7 hours.
