Bin there dump that....quick and efficient! Answered my call right away and had a bin on my driveway within an hour or so. When I called to have it removed I had the same response time. The gentleman who picked it up even knocked on my door to see if I had any last minute items to throw in! I would definitely use them again. Great service!!!

Your company delivered and removed the bin on the dates promised. On arrival the driveway was protected by wooden planks to prevent scraping of the asphalt when lowering the bin. The bin was clean and functional (ie. the doors opened easily and the locking mechanisms were easy to use (not bent or rusted)) and was positioned where asked. The ordering of the bin was easy and straight forward as well as closing the account after removal, also seeing our charges for disposal was appreciated (no hidden costs). Thanks

The customer service from "Bin There Dump That" was stellar from start to finish. From the CSR that explained everything over the phone to the driver that collected the bin at the end of our usage was excellent. The CSR in the office was patient and helped us determine the right size, explained the process, helped us determine the delivery date etc. The driver was pleasant and respectful of our property...and had a great smile. You could tell these employees enjoy their jobs! The bin itself was in excellent shape and easy to use. Good value, great customer service. Thanks for making a stressful time, easy on us!

Patrick was extremely punctual. One simple and single phone call was answered directly by Patrick. I never spoke with an operator. He answered all my questions and I booked the drop off time. On the day of the bin drop off. Patrick was very respectful of our properly and paid special attention by laying down protective planks of wood on our driveway so that it would not get damaged. Patrick was extremely punctual and keeping contact with him was extremely easy. I highly recommend this company to anyone and we will be renting another bin from him in the not so distant future.
