The employee who delivered the porta-john called in approximately 30-minutes prior to arrival to say he was on his way. He arrived promptly and was courteous and professional. The porta-john was clean and fully stocked, including it's own waste-paper basket and a LED light. The employee who picked the porta-john up again was professional and courteous. I will not hesitate to utilize this service again.

Unit is clean Driver was very friendly, dropped unit where I asked An ETA would be beneficial on delivery. Had to cancel my entire day to wait for arrival, as they were not able to give me a window of time. IE morning or afternoon
