Overall, I was very satisfied with the service provided to me. Phone contact to arrange an order for drop-off and pick-up was very efficient. Email communications were clear and complete. Final invoicing contained absolutely no surprises. Both drivers (drop-off and pick-up) were extremely courteous and careful. The bin itself was exactly what was needed and was clean when delivered. We purchased a 10 yard bin from RMS disposal when redoing our walkway for soil, concrete and rock. It arrived so quickly after request for a very friendly driver who was quick to ensure the bin was placed on wood and out of the way to protect our driveway. When we were done with the bin which we were given so much flexibility on when to return, the return date and time was great as well and very careful to load up. We had a great experience and would highly recommend! It was a fair competitively priced in comparison to other companies. We will definitely use again if required!

I can’t say enough good about dumpster rental depot. When I was looking for a bin to remove all my junk getting ready to sell my house I was so frustrated as finding out what size I needed and how much it would be seemed impossible to get the information until they called me back from the dumpster depot with all the information I needed and then some. Not only did I get the information but friendly generous was my experience. They arrived on time and couldn’t have been better and the best price I could have gotten. 10 out of 10 in my experience. Bins was late arriving, we were told an 8:00 - 10:00 am window, it arrived close to 10:30. The bin was clean and the overall experience was good. We are booking another bin with them in a weeks time. Still waiting for my receipt to match to my credit card statement.

From my initial phone call to the bin leaving the driveway, Greg was cheerful and accommodating. He advised the correct size bin for the number of bundles of shingles we had purchased. I must say that my mini bin service experience was great! They were accommodating and willing to help you out and answered all my questions as they arose. The only constructive feedback that I can give is on billing and accessibility of your website. Once I found your website and saved it I could find it again, if I just did a search it took a while to locate your site. In terms of billing, understanding that you are just getting started up, it would be helpful to have access to credit card deposits. Lastly, I used the service about 2 weeks ago and I have not heard back yet on what part of my deposit I am getting back. I understand that it could be just a timing thing that I need to wait out but I should really get an updated message indicating progress of what is happening.
