In our moving process, getting a dumpster was the best thing we've done! The process was very painless and the people were wonderful to deal with. The dumpster arrived promptly and was removed the same way. Thanks GE for a great experience.

Was a few days late, which was close to missing the start of the project. Every time I called to ask they said this day but it wasn’t. Also I should be getting some of my deposit back, I only had one material but I haven’t yet!!! 500.00 to throw away some shingles is ridiculous

GEs online service is completely lacking in all aspect of business and customer relations! When you do finally reach them they can not give any sort of time frame when they can provide you with their dumpsters so from a professional standpoint there is no way to make a schedule for a job/client. When I talked to a representative they could not help with the size of dumpster that I would require considering that I only required one for only asphalt shingles and nothing else and I told them how much there was going to be. I was told all their dumpsters were being used and that there was a waiting list for all three sizes of them. Seems to me from a business standpoint that would mean there was a demand for the service and that you should buy more dumpsters as they could be "written off" as an expense and would have better relations, service and reviews.Also for some reason you need to rent the dumpster for seven days but can have it picked up sooner with no discount on the price but if you keep it longer they increase the price by the day. If they had a daily rental price that may also help service more customers as I only required one for two days. So if you need a dumpster call someone else!

Unfortunately GEs All Trucking never called me from my inquiry, I called them a week after I inquired through your website; and their rates were outrageous in my opinion. Including a fuel charge on top of the rental, charging for the delivery to the dump along with the dump fees. All transport from their facility is an extra cost, unfortunately there are few companies around renting dumpsters so their pricing is not an issue for them. I worked as a Foreman for a construction company and rates for everywhere else were less than half of GE, and they didn’t charge by the day but by the load; GE charges for every day you have their dumpster. I appreciate being asked for my feedback concerning my interaction, unfortunately they don’t seem to take online inquiries seriously
