I contacted Dumpster Rentals and they answered all my questions directly. Provided me with options and explained the differences. After I ordered, the Dumpster was delivered promptly , filled and taken away for disposal. One criticism would be, receipt of invoice. I realise that one has to wait for dump fees to be assessed but I only received an invoice after I contacted DRD twice and then I saw a credit applied to my deposit and shortly thereafter an invoice was emailed to me.

It was a little hit and miss, telephone tag, to start with, but once we made contact, Containaway was great. The Containaway driver dropped off the bin, showed us how to open, close, and lock the doors; then left us to it. We filled it. Called Containaway and they came and picked it up. I was very happy that I was able to rent with a cash deposit, (no credit card required). It took a few days to get the final invoice and they sent the deposit refund immediately. All the charges were what they estimated except a mattress charge I wasn't sure about until I remembered the hide-a-bed mattress. I would highly recommend Containaway Bin Rentals.

I haven't used the service yet. But I will be in the next few weeks. The reason I chose this company is because when I asked for a quote they gave it to me the very next day and the rates are fantastic. They even told me how much I will pay at the dump per ton. To me the rating starts at first contact not just after.

We sold a property and the purchaser asked us to clear the contents. We used Contain-a-way to deliver and remove a container for that purpose. They were great. Responsive on the phone and hassle-free. They positioned the container exactly where we wanted it to minimize labor and took it away right after we phoned saying it was full. They also told us the best way to load it so they could recycle metal, appliances, etc. Excellent service.
