We were charged an extra $85 for having the box moved as the driver showed up early in the morning (which is great and is not a complaint!) however, we weren’t provided a time frame, regarding when the container would be arriving and our vehicle was in the way...other than that everything went smoothly. I called Jessie at the office several times and I was always greeted with a happy warm voice. If I left a voicemail I got a prompt call back. They were true to their word on how the pricing would work, we only paid for the bin rental and the weight we put in it. Very quick to respond and helped us get the dumpster we needed and put in place. We ran into a few days of cold weather which slowed our progress but they worked with us. In the end it work out great getting rid of all the stuff we had.
