Our Process

Bin deliveries are scheduled in a 2-hour window on a specific day and time of your choosing. Upon drop off, you’ll be greeted by one of our friendly drivers who will confirm the desired location of your bin. Wood slats are placed between the bin and the ground to protect vulnerable surfaces against damage. Once the bin has offloaded, our staff will outline the material restrictions and details based on the junk you’ll be getting rid of.

On the day of your bin pick up, we’ll sweep up any mess left behind, dispose of the material and send a detailed invoice by email. Payment can be made online, over the phone, or by cheque.
