  It was very easy to set up a time to receive the bin and it was fast. Tge service was excellent and very professional. The only thing I would add is let people know we have to contact you again for pickup. It was excellent overall!

  The dumpster delivery and pickup was fine but I was surprised with the weight amount that was charged. It snowed quite heavily during the time that we had the dumpster and I ended up being charged for a lot of heavy wet snow. I had called earlier about this situation and was told that due to the early season snow they would accommodate us for it but obviously didn’t. We ended up paying more than double what our neighbors paid using a competitor.

  Jeremy with BinWise provided a great delivery. He was late due to circumstances beyond his control. Truck would not start, along with poor road conditions due to heavy snowfall. He still managed to get the bin delivered, although late. Due to the late delivery, he provided us with a bit larger bin, which was greatly appreciated. Rachel Gadica
