I reached out to several junk removal services, and junk taxi was the only one to never reach out with a quote. They were referred to us through a friend, whom had a good experience with them. Unfortunately we can’t say the same. We’ve since completed our project using a more local person who was incredible to work with.

Overall we were pleased with the service but the drop off of the bin and the pick up where both late. The Espinola family was very nice to deal with though.

The person whi dropped of the portable toilet was a very nice person. The unit was clean and fully stocked. I'm very happy with the service we received from you all. It was a short notice rental and everything went smoothly. I would recommend these guys to anyone needing a portable toilet for any event.

Delivery and receival of garbage bin was excellent. Garage can wheels were set on 1"*4" planks to prevent damage to the asphalt, although with the hot weather and garbage load, the wheels made permanent dents in my driveway. I recommend larger or stiffer planks below wheels

I'm sorry to say that I was quite disappointed, to be honest. I contacted them through you, and then 3 different times through their own website/number before I ever received a quote. One received, the quote was several hundred dollars higher than the next closest I received, and more than double the cost of renting a 20' shipping container for 28 days, having it delivered and picked up. In the end, we've decided to just haul stuff to the dump in a pickup.
