Tami Lutz at the Prince Albert branch was a very nice person to deal with as she helped me to understand the services provided. My bin was delivered and retrieved on time as promised. I will definately teccomend this company.

Was a very easy process. Contacted them by phone, scheduled my delivery date and pickup. They were very friendly and helped decide what size of bin would best meet our needs. I was not able to be home for either the delivery or pickup, but the bin was were when we arrived home Friday afternoon, and gone by Monday afternoon. Worked great!

When we called on Oct 3 to book an appointment with Modern Fence & Bin Rental, we were told that there wouldn't be a bin available until Oct 26. That was fine by us. When I called to confirm the appointment, the receptionist said that there still was not a bin available, but she would see what she could find. Georgian Waste Services came to the rescue, showed up with a bin on Oct 26. We had it filled by Oct 30, so called to say they could pick it up anytime. The next morning the driver showed up and took the bin away. Great service. No one has asked for a credit card number or a deposit. This entire deal was done on trust. You just don't see that very often anymore.

I’ve used new earth twice now and both times the customer service has been excellent. He worked with me on a short window of time where I had a bin dropped off and needed it picked up 2 hours later and I’ve also used a bin for over a week while I was doing my basement Reno. I loved how personable new earth was to work with, even tho I was just a dude who needed a bin at my house I felt like I was a contractor that gave these guys business all the time. I really felt like I was a priority and will be using new earth for any future waste needs and I highly recommend them to anyone. Peace of mind and convenience should be this company’s motto.
