Answered the phone right away... was able to deliver exactly what I needed and very quickly! I called early to have the dumpster removed and it was gone the next day. I needed to rent a bin for a down-sizing move and found Dumpyz Environmental online. I had never rented one before and had no clue where to start. I called and gave a bit of background and we agreed on the best option. the bin was delivered on time, questions answered during usage and pick-up on time. Good customer service and reasonable rates.

On delivery of the dumpster the driver backed in of the highway as requested due to wet conditions however he did no place the dumpster on the crown of the driveway he was over to the East; however when the pick up driver arrived he did not back in and turned around at the top of the driveway making some ruts. When loading the dumpster he had to align on the shoulder of the driveway and with the heavy load caused some rutting. All went well otherwise I am happy with the experiance.

The office personnel were efficient and helpful. Got the bin on time and the driver placed it exactly where we wanted. Pick-up was great. One call and the bin was gone. The team was efficient and helpful in our disposal project.

Fast delivery with a pleasant and courteous driver. He answered all of our questions and gave some helpful information on filling the container. When finished I called the office and the container was picked up that same day. We were very pleased with the service and will most definitely be using this company again.
