  Pretty straightforward, easy to book. Drop off and pickup were seamless and I have no complaints. I probably should have gotten a bigger bin, but that is my own fault for vastly underestimating the amount of garbage we had lurking about during our move out.

  Delivery and pick up were amazing...the man who delivered it was courteous, no damage to our driveway. The issue I have is, when I ordered the bin I was asked what time of day. I asked for it to be first thing in the morning. By 10 am the bin was still not here...i called and asked about it. The girl said ETA of arrival was 11 am. The bin arrived at 12:55! Not first thing in the morning, not 11am...but 5 mins to 1 in the afternoon. I did not order it last minute...I ordered the bin at least a week in advance. I find this very unacceptable.

  Excellent service! Bin was placed on our drive way with wood put underneath so as not to damage the pavement. Picked up and dropped off when they said. Couldn't beat the price!
