  Excellent service. Easy to book everything online and dumpster was delivered right on time to our house, then picked up the same day I called to have it picked up. Reasonably priced, compared to competition. Was everything we needed.

  Good response to my requests. Delivery was as scheduled, the dumpster was in good shape and positioned in a good place. Probably should have ordered a larger one but that one is on me. Good communications from Capital One as to our status and pick up etc.

  The bin was as described, delivered and picked up on time. However, the 'Operational Admin Charge' of $22.37 (plus HST) that was listed on the bill was never mentioned in the quote. I don't even know what it is. I shouldn't be getting surprises on my bill after the service is complete and my credit card charged.
