Good response to my requests. Delivery was as scheduled, the dumpster was in good shape and positioned in a good place. Probably should have ordered a larger one but that one is on me. Good communications from Capital One as to our status and pick up etc.

The bin was as described, delivered and picked up on time. However, the 'Operational Admin Charge' of $22.37 (plus HST) that was listed on the bill was never mentioned in the quote. I don't even know what it is. I shouldn't be getting surprises on my bill after the service is complete and my credit card charged.

Quick online reply to my request for a quote, just 15 min, later 8:30 on a Friday night, bin was at my house next morning 9:00 AM! Super friendly truck driver, truck and bin was squeecky clean, driver well dressed and very articulate. Pick up was quick and hastle free. I definate recommend using this company. I will mention that this job was out sources to 1800GarbageBin. Good coordination. Thanks Guys!
