When I spoke with Nathan from Busy Bins he was friendly, polite and professional. As I had never rented a bin before, he answered all my questions and replied to my voicemails in a timely fashion. He was more than accommodating when arranging the drop off and pick up times. The day before my scheduled pick up day I realized I would need another bin so I left Nathan a voicemail that evening. First thing the next morning he phoned me and was again very accommodating when I asked if he could bring a second bin and take the first one away. I highly recommend Busy Bins - their response was quick, polite and professional. Their pricing was more than fair and they made a difficult job that much easier.

Unfortunately GEs All Trucking never called me from my inquiry, I called them a week after I inquired through your website; and their rates were outrageous in my opinion. Including a fuel charge on top of the rental, charging for the delivery to the dump along with the dump fees. All transport from their facility is an extra cost, unfortunately there are few companies around renting dumpsters so their pricing is not an issue for them. I worked as a Foreman for a construction company and rates for everywhere else were less than half of GE, and they didn’t charge by the day but by the load; GE charges for every day you have their dumpster. I appreciate being asked for my feedback concerning my interaction, unfortunately they don’t seem to take online inquiries seriously

We are still waiting for a call back from the owner in Midland or Orillia as requested twice over the phone and via email. The lack of communication for this rental sent us into an absolute tailspin in an already stressful move. Pleasant customer service initially from Linda when we were booking and then all the wheels fell off. Broken promises, ignored calls and emails when I was in complete distress waiting hours for the delivery, no communication at all even when they were open, no one picked up the phone, I had to call and beg to have the dumpster picked up the night before new owners were coming. It did not leave the property until 10:00 pm. We require more dumpsters for our new build site at new property and will definitely not use Big Yellow Bins ever again. I’d rather pay more money than deal with them. A simple phone call back to assure us would have been all it took. We’ve asked 3 times for the owner to call us back, and nothing. But they had no problem sending off the invoice in a timely fashion. Your customers are your biggest investment, you should take care of them. I’ll tell everyone and anyone I know how lousy your service was. Big Yellow Dissappointment.

I'd give your company a solid 5. They were clear on the terms of service and costs. The dumpster was dropped of and picked up the days I requested. I spoke with Noelle a number of times with various questions about the acceptable contents of the dumpster for the lowest rate and she always provided solid answers with great patience. She's a gem! The service was awesome it was delivered early and I really liked that. Pick up was very easy and the fact that they just billed my visa when it was over was so convient for me. I did not have the inconvenience of going into an office and pay my bill. It was extremely easy.
