This was a WONDERFUL experience. The price was very reasonable and the service excellent. For one week, we had a 14 cubic yard bin at the end of our driveway; we did a major spring cleaning and had a yard sale, donated a ton of good 'stuff' and then sent the rest 'to the bin'. I'll do it again next year. Worth every penny!

Service was awesome, delivered the dumpster on the day requested and exactly where I needed it. Plus picked it up early when I called and said that I was finished with it. Definitely made purging and cleaning my house so much easier!

GEs online service is completely lacking in all aspect of business and customer relations! When you do finally reach them they can not give any sort of time frame when they can provide you with their dumpsters so from a professional standpoint there is no way to make a schedule for a job/client. When I talked to a representative they could not help with the size of dumpster that I would require considering that I only required one for only asphalt shingles and nothing else and I told them how much there was going to be. I was told all their dumpsters were being used and that there was a waiting list for all three sizes of them. Seems to me from a business standpoint that would mean there was a demand for the service and that you should buy more dumpsters as they could be "written off" as an expense and would have better relations, service and reviews.Also for some reason you need to rent the dumpster for seven days but can have it picked up sooner with no discount on the price but if you keep it longer they increase the price by the day. If they had a daily rental price that may also help service more customers as I only required one for two days. So if you need a dumpster call someone else!

After selling our hobby farm south of Chatsworth in July, we had to get rid of a lot of surplus materials that we had accumulated over the years, and not having much time to vacate the property, had to do it in a hurry. We asked our realtor and a building contractor who we have used if they could recommend any local dumpster companies. We got a list of local companies and phone numbers and proceeded to contact them. There was never anyone available to answer the phones so a voicemail was left with contact information. We also contacted them through e-forms leaving the same contact information. After two days without any response from any one of them we went looking on line for a dumpster contractor and came across Bin There Dump That. Not holding out much hope of anyone giving us the basic curtesy of a response, we filled out the e-form anyway, giving all our contact information, etc. etc. Half an hour after submitting the on line form we were contacted back. From that point on it was smooth sailing. The bin arrived the following morning as we were told it would be and again was picked up exactly when scheduled. Thanks for the great service. We're still waiting for a response from the other local companies we contacted.

Tom was great! He dropped the bin exactly where I wanted and was easy to get ahold of to arrange more time and new pickup. Not a mark left on the asphalt and clear communication with Tom.

When I spoke with Nathan from Busy Bins he was friendly, polite and professional. As I had never rented a bin before, he answered all my questions and replied to my voicemails in a timely fashion. He was more than accommodating when arranging the drop off and pick up times. The day before my scheduled pick up day I realized I would need another bin so I left Nathan a voicemail that evening. First thing the next morning he phoned me and was again very accommodating when I asked if he could bring a second bin and take the first one away. I highly recommend Busy Bins - their response was quick, polite and professional. Their pricing was more than fair and they made a difficult job that much easier.
