I phoned and left a message as I had gotten the answering machine. But I didn't have to wait long as someone phoned back promptly. I only had questions about what a used bin would be worth and what a new one delivered would cost. the person who answered knew that I was not in the market for a bin, however he answered my questions with expert advice and he gave me information that turned out to be useful. Thank you for such friendly service.

Unit is clean Driver was very friendly, dropped unit where I asked An ETA would be beneficial on delivery. Had to cancel my entire day to wait for arrival, as they were not able to give me a window of time. IE morning or afternoon

Super excited when we ordered, super excited when it left. We had so much stuff collected over the year in the garage, in the basement storage, in the shed, it was 5% below the total height of a 14 yard bin. Got it exactly the day requested, and returned with an extended leave. The admin team was so helpful in extending our time the day prior of the pickup. It helped us get a few more days to get the basement and shed garbage. Thank you so much guys! Best team to work with!

BTDT, what a wonderful company. The price was right with no surprises. Easy to set up drop off date. Extremely obliging to extend pick up date. They put the bin exactly where I wanted, no fuss, no muss. Will definitely use again.
