We were charged an extra $85 for having the box moved as the driver showed up early in the morning (which is great and is not a complaint!) however, we weren’t provided a time frame, regarding when the container would be arriving and our vehicle was in the way...other than that everything went smoothly. Very efficient and friendly service. Very fairly priced. I highly recommend them. I called them they delivered sight unseen where I asked the bin to be delivered. They returned to pick up on time as well. Very impressed with them and will be calling for all my other bun and dumpster needs. Thank you

I contacted Dumpster Rentals and they answered all my questions directly. Provided me with options and explained the differences. After I ordered, the Dumpster was delivered promptly , filled and taken away for disposal. One criticism would be, receipt of invoice. I realise that one has to wait for dump fees to be assessed but I only received an invoice after I contacted DRD twice and then I saw a credit applied to my deposit and shortly thereafter an invoice was emailed to me.

Had no problem getting a hold of them and when i did have to leave a msg they returned my call asap (other companies did not respond for days!). They do not work on weekends so that was a bit of a problem for pickup, but they did split the difference on the 2 additional rental days, so that was a compromise. They actually offered, i didn't have to ask or pressure them. Drop off and pick ups were quick and on time. I'd have no problem using them again should the need arise!.

When person brought the dumpster he put it in the perfect place , so we can use the driveway for our vehicles. When he picked up dumpster he was just as considerate.
