  Bin was delivered on time, it was clean and in good shape. I was able to open and close the door of the bin easily, it was not rusted or hard to navigate the large door. The bin was placed where I requested and was picked up according to the schedule.

  The service that we got from JR’s bins was excellent he put it where we wanted it he was there on time and he picked it up with no damage to our driveway we are going to get another rental from him at the end of September looking forward to doing business with them again

  Rachel was amazing at helping us arrange for a dumpster to be dropped off and then picked up when we were done with it. She was very pleasant to converse with on the phone. The dumpster was dropped off and picked up at the arranged time and the driver took the care to protect the driveway. We would recommend Norfolk Disposal to our friends and family.

  The office staff were and continue to be amazing ro work with when it comes to tight dead lines on job sites and getting the bins dumped and returned in a timely manner. They even stayed late to help with a bin swap on extremely toght dead line ! Thanks to the staff and owner !
