  The staff including Steve, who dropped and picked up the bin along with Connie who did all the scheduelinh were outstanding. This company is A!++++. Everyone is friendly, helpful and a pleasure to interact with. The bin itself was roomy, well maintained and not an eyesore because it was well maintained in appearance.   It was a little hit and miss, telephone tag, to start with, but once we made contact, Containaway was great. The Containaway driver dropped off the bin, showed us how to open, close, and lock the doors; then left us to it. We filled it. Called Containaway and they came and picked it up. I was very happy that I was able to rent with a cash deposit, (no credit card required). It took a few days to get the final invoice and they sent the deposit refund immediately. All the charges were what they estimated except a mattress charge I wasn't sure about until I remembered the hide-a-bed mattress. I would highly recommend Containaway Bin Rentals.

  I called 3 different places. This company was the only one who answered the phone and followed up. As prices goes, it cost less than the other two companies. Waste bin was delivered and picked up on time. Everyone I spoke to was curtious and informative. I will be using them again in the near future.
