When we called on Oct 3 to book an appointment with Modern Fence & Bin Rental, we were told that there wouldn't be a bin available until Oct 26. That was fine by us. When I called to confirm the appointment, the receptionist said that there still was not a bin available, but she would see what she could find. Georgian Waste Services came to the rescue, showed up with a bin on Oct 26. We had it filled by Oct 30, so called to say they could pick it up anytime. The next morning the driver showed up and took the bin away. Great service. No one has asked for a credit card number or a deposit. This entire deal was done on trust. You just don't see that very often anymore.

Great customer service! Had the bin for 3 weeks. Delivery was prompt and I didn't even hear them take it away when we were done with it.

I’ve used new earth twice now and both times the customer service has been excellent. He worked with me on a short window of time where I had a bin dropped off and needed it picked up 2 hours later and I’ve also used a bin for over a week while I was doing my basement Reno. I loved how personable new earth was to work with, even tho I was just a dude who needed a bin at my house I felt like I was a contractor that gave these guys business all the time. I really felt like I was a priority and will be using new earth for any future waste needs and I highly recommend them to anyone. Peace of mind and convenience should be this company’s motto. I had put everything off last minute as things have been fairly busy lately. I spoke to someone Friday morning with fingers crossed they could help me out. Within a couple hours a bin was dropped off at my door. I filled it up and sent them a text and before long it was gone. I was sent a bill and paid it. It was simple, no fooling around, Justin was a pleasure to talk to and was very helpful. Ill be renting another bin in the upcoming month or so once I can get some more work done on the house. Thank you so much for all you did when I was in a pickle.

Thank you so much for helping us move our junk!!! They dropped off and picked up with ease, and when I got my invoice I was shocked at how low it was! (And we had it FULL!) I ordered a 10 foot bin for a week. The ordering process via the phone was a very pleasant experience and easy, with all my questions answered. On delivery day, got it early with no hassle and on pick up day, it was grabbed early and again with no hassle. The next day received my invoice and soon after my refund for the difference. A very great experience and since I will be doing the more roofing work in the spring, I will be using Scarborough Disposal again.
