Very good experience. Quick replies to emails. Delivered bin on time and placed exactly where we asked. When we were done I sent an email to have it picked up and just as fast as they delivered it, they came to pick it up!!! No harassing phone calls while we had the bin. The only call we got was a few days later for payment and that process was very easy as well, I would highly recommend them for your removal needs. If I need another bin in the future I will definitely call Guaranteed Services again.

I was so impressed with the Service from J.R. Disposal and hauling. Jeffery was so patient and answered all my inquires to ensure that I was getting the correct Bin for my needs. It was dropped off on the day they said it would be. The Bin itself was clean and there was no debris left on my driveway when they picked it up. Would use them again in a heartbeat. My tenants left and left an entire house full of garbage. I rented a large bin which I filled and then I had to rent a smaller one. The entire process was seamless. Connie was great to help me find what I needed. The driver was prompt, courteous and careful on where he placed the bins. This is the first time I have used Cotton but it won’t be my last.
