Customer service very friendly and easy to work with Bin was delivered and picked up as scheduled. Bin was not exactly positioned on driveway as instructed but that nay have been for a reason. Wasn’t a big deal so I did not follow up although would have appreciated being told why.

I called Jessie at the office several times and I was always greeted with a happy warm voice. If I left a voicemail I got a prompt call back. The dumpster was left on time and picked up on time without any incidents. The cost was reasonable for the times. But I have to say, it was Jessie that made the whole process come together quickly and easily. thank you Jessie for such a pleasant experience!
