  I’ve used new earth twice now and both times the customer service has been excellent. He worked with me on a short window of time where I had a bin dropped off and needed it picked up 2 hours later and I’ve also used a bin for over a week while I was doing my basement Reno. I loved how personable new earth was to work with, even tho I was just a dude who needed a bin at my house I felt like I was a contractor that gave these guys business all the time. I really felt like I was a priority and will be using new earth for any future waste needs and I highly recommend them to anyone. Peace of mind and convenience should be this company’s motto. Thanks again New Earth

  I had put everything off last minute as things have been fairly busy lately. I spoke to someone Friday morning with fingers crossed they could help me out. Within a couple hours a bin was dropped off at my door. I filled it up and sent them a text and before long it was gone. I was sent a bill and paid it. It was simple, no fooling around, Justin was a pleasure to talk to and was very helpful. Ill be renting another bin in the upcoming month or so once I can get some more work done on the house. Thank you so much for all you did when I was in a pickle.

  Thank you so much for helping us move our junk!!! They dropped off and picked up with ease, and when I got my invoice I was shocked at how low it was! (And we had it FULL!)   I ordered a 10 foot bin for a week. The ordering process via the phone was a very pleasant experience and easy, with all my questions answered. On delivery day, got it early with no hassle and on pick up day, it was grabbed early and again with no hassle. The next day received my invoice and soon after my refund for the difference. A very great experience and since I will be doing the more roofing work in the spring, I will be using Scarborough Disposal again.

  Thank you for your help delivering the dumpster, there are 2 points that need to be addressed "The on Call Rep named Gee" and the total weight the bin can hold. When calling for pickup on Saturday the call was answered by a very unprofessional individual named Gee who was combative and didn't even answer with the proper business etiquette, he answered as if it was his personal phone and then acted offended/stand off ish when asked to come pick up the bin not even admitting that he was an A-1 Rentals rep, instead he scoffed and even told me "we don't pick up on weekends got it". "Not impressed by Gee one bit" . Next, the bin max weight must be told to the renter as I was given the weight of "1 Ton" which my pickup could do, why rent a bin for 300+$$$ when I could have easily used my own truck, this held me back from actually utilizing the bin to the full potential and having me to rent a bin a second time. The bin was not dropped off on time and nobody knew that I had called to have it retrieved because of Gee, who turned out didn't even bother to tell anyone that I had requested it to be picked up. 2 points Need to tune in Gee Need to let people know how much the bin can hold "Total Weight"
