Delivery and pick up were amazing...the man who delivered it was courteous, no damage to our driveway. The issue I have is, when I ordered the bin I was asked what time of day. I asked for it to be first thing in the morning. By 10 am the bin was still not here...i called and asked about it. The girl said ETA of arrival was 11 am. The bin arrived at 12:55! Not first thing in the morning, not 11am...but 5 mins to 1 in the afternoon. I did not order it last minute...I ordered the bin at least a week in advance. I find this very unacceptable.

We would have liked a paper with the delivery that states what can and cannot be put in the bin, and some contact information for the company. Otherwise the delivery and pick up driver was an absolute pro, and the customer service was excellent. Highly recommended!!

Excellent service provided in a professional and timely matter. Friendly staff on phone right to the delivery of bin and instructions given by the driver. A suggestion in regards to if the client requests a pick up within the seven days and a new bin return that a discount would be given or respected. This was our particular case when called and asked it told it would have to be a new order started (even though it was in the 3rd day of the 7th day). We then postponed our cleanup for another time as another $500 would have been too much which I am sure you could appreciate if you were the customer! We would highly recommend your service to all future clients and wish you continued success in your business.

Overall I was very satisfied with the service provided. Driver was cordial & professional, explaining the procedures & rules. I would like to apologize for the mattresses that were found inside, I was unaware that someone had placed them inside by mistake. Customer service was excellent with a prompt email and follow up phone call.. however we didn't use the service as we found a dumpster rental company nearer to our location and at a cheaper rate. Therefore can only rate on customer service which was 5 star.

Very easy to set up and flexible and efficient. My only complaint is that there was no instruction or allowance for rain or snow adding weight to absorbant articles in the bin. I didn't realize I had to call to have the bin picked up either and it was supposed to rain a lot on the day I thought was pick up day. When I eventually called because the bin hadn't been picked up I was told it was too late. When I asked what about the rain I was told it wasn't really a problem because it runs out of the bin. When I pointed out that certain materials would absorb a lot and the weight would be affected I wasn't given a solution. I think it should be made clear that we have to call to have the bin picked up - point that out to those of us (everyone) who don't read all the details that are sent out and that we should be told to cover the bin if necessary to prevent unnecessary water weight.

Service was awesome. Very professional and polite. Boards were placed under dump bin to avoid damage to driveway. when I called to have bin picked up they didn't show up. I called again and they showed up early the next morning. it turned out to benefit us as we dumped more stuff into the bin and though it was picked up late they never charged us for the extra days. excellent company to deal with. a great pleasure.
