I needed a bin of some type to clean out several rooms in my home and I had never rented one before this. I made contact with Dalton at CCT Bins - Calgary even though I am in Strathmore. Dalton provided the quote, minus the tonnage, explained the process and linked me to the page to reserve the bin. I chose a 20 yd which was perfect for a residence. When he delivered the bin, he put down protectors so the bin did not mark my driveway. After the 4 days, Dalton picked up the bin, had it weighed and sent the final invoice to me promptly, and in reviewing the invoice, there were no hidden charges for fuel, or anything else. It was his quote and the tonnage. This is a very nice company to work with all around.

The container arrived on time safely placed in my driveway. Although the container door was not in the right direction so that I should make a little bit of detour, everything went well. It was taken on time too. Good experience!

Dumpster arrived and departed at the requested date and time; arrived clean of past degree. However I did not appreciate the deposits of grease and hydraulic fuild left on the driveway after it's arrival.

My first experience with this company was outstanding and I highly recommend them. I had no idea what size of bin to order and they provided me with sound advice. The delivery of the bin went without a hitch. They were able to put the bin in the most convenient place as requested. When the bin was full after just 2 days I called and they delivered a new one the same day and removed the full bin. This happened 2 more times and just as quickly. Always polite and helpful customer service and the drivers are adept at positioning the bins exactly where you want them. Again I highly recommend them.
