An excellent customer service. The delivery person was courteous, polite and a real gentleman. He made sure that he cleaned up both the Potties and sanitized them. He showed how it works and what to do if in need of supplies. A service that you want to ask for again and again when needed.

I did get a prompt email response to my request for a quote however no one ever contacted me, I phoned you back. Information was provided to me verbally. I would have preferred an email response as it was a lot of information to write down quickly in order to share with my significant other.
