I must say that my mini bin service experience was great! They were accommodating and willing to help you out and answered all my questions as they arose. The only constructive feedback that I can give is on billing and accessibility of your website. Once I found your website and saved it I could find it again, if I just did a search it took a while to locate your site. In terms of billing, understanding that you are just getting started up, it would be helpful to have access to credit card deposits. Lastly, I used the service about 2 weeks ago and I have not heard back yet on what part of my deposit I am getting back. I understand that it could be just a timing thing that I need to wait out but I should really get an updated message indicating progress of what is happening.

Affordable Bins was fantastic to rent from! I would recommend them to anyone needing to get rid of a lot of garbage. Much more convenient than hauling to the dump and it's also very affordable (hence the name ;) )

From the first inquiry to the final pickup of the bin, all staff were helpful and courteous. The cost was reasonable and the most economical that I had found via search engine and telephone search.

Very happy with the service I received. The driver who dropped off the bin and picked it up was friendly and pleasant, as was the young lady who I dealt with over the phone. I will use this company again when needed.
